According to The Block, Foresight Ventures announced a multimillion-dollar investment in Aptos to accelerate ecosystem growth.
According to the statement, this investment will be used to accelerate product development, increase liquidity, and support the advancement of Aptos’ scalable and upgradeable Layer1 blockchain infrastructure.
Aptos CTO Avery Ching said the partnership will help expand blockchain’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region. “This collaboration will strengthen Aptos’ presence and resource allocation in the Asia-Pacific region, help realize our shared vision of building broader web3 use cases, and further position Aptos as the core infrastructure for the next wave of web3 adoption.”
Forest Bai, CEO of Foresight Ventures, stated that the investment is Foresight Ventures’ first step in supporting the Aptos ecosystem and that it plans to allocate additional resources together with ecosystem partners such as Bitget.
Aptos (APT), which has gained 4.3% in the last 24 hours, continues to trade at $6.41 at the time of writing.
