<p>Tesla’s stock surged 6.73% to $242.49 following the Federal Reserve’s decision to <a href="https://apnews.com/article/interest-rates-inflation-prices-federal-reserve-economy-0283bc6f92e9f9920094b78d821df227" target="_blank" aria-label="cut benchmark short-term interest rates (opens in a new tab)" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="deco-link">cut benchmark short-term interest rates</a> by 50 basis points. <br><br>This move is expected to make cars more affordable, potentially boosting demand for Tesla’s electric vehicles. The company’s stock has historically been volatile in response to Fed decisions, with an average movement of 3.2% the day after such announcements since 2019.</p>
<p>Despite the positive market reaction, Tesla faces challenges in Europe, where new car sales declined 17% year-over-year in August. More concerning for the electric vehicle manufacturer, battery-electric vehicle sales in the region dropped 36% during the same period, mirroring Tesla’s own 36% decline in European sales. With a market cap of $774.956 billion and a <a href="https://tokenist.com/investing/p-e-ratio/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="deco-link">P/E ratio</a> of 63.82, Tesla continues to trade at a premium valuation despite recent headwinds.</p>

Starting in 2025, Prime members will be able to link their Amazon accounts to PayPal, enabling them to use PayPal for purchases on participating merchants’ sites while still senjoying Prime shipping benefits. This integration comes as Buy with Prime orders have increased by more than 45% annually through merchant websites.</p>
<p>In addition to the Amazon partnership, PayPal unveiled a new brand identity designed by Pentagram. The refresh includes a new bespoke typeface called PayPal Pro and an updated logo with cleaner lines and more contrast in the overlapping blues. <br><br>The company also announced a major marketing campaign featuring actor Will Ferrell. With a market cap of $78.852 billion and a forward P/E of 15.08, PayPal’s stock has outperformed the <a href="https://tokenist.com/investing/spx-vs-spy/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="deco-link">S&amp;P 500</a> year-to-date, returning 25.60% compared to the index’s 19.77%.</p>

The service is expected to expand to all 900 company-owned Olive Garden restaurants across the US by May 2025.s</p>
<p>This partnership addresses growing customer demand for home delivery options while allowing Darden to maintain control over guest experience and data.
