Despite the buoyant reactions from stock markets to China’s economic policies, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin remain relatively unchanged, with prices hovering slightly above $63,000.

QCP Capital, however, projects that forthcoming economic measures from the People’s Bank of China (PBoC), coupled with similar policies from other major central banks, might foster a bullish environment for cryptocurrencies.
In an announcement shared on their <a href="https://t.me/QCPbroadcast/1326" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Telegram channel today</a>, analysts at QCP Capital suggested that forthcoming global financial liquidity, encouraged by <a href="https://www.ethnews.com/etf-boom-chinas-move-to-launch-xrp-ethereum-and-bitcoin-funds-sends-prices-soaring/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">central banks</a>, is likely to elevate cryptocurrency prices.
They observed that at present, there are no major independent drivers within the cryptocurrency market influencing price fluctuations. However, they maintain that the wider economic environment is well-positioned for potentially substantial rises in cryptocurrency values.
Analysts at QCP Capital have highlighted the possibility for quick and notable rises in cryptocurrency market prices, suggesting that these surges might catch numerous investors off guard.
 This view is supported by <a href="https://www.ethnews.com/swift-china-president-shares-insights-on-cross-border-cbdcs/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">macroeconomic indicators</a> like the yield spread between the 2-year and 10-year US Treasury notes, which has expanded from 21 basis points by an additional 40 basis points over the past month.
Moreover, China’s aggressive economic strategies to revive its housing and equity markets have started to <a href="https://www.ethnews.com/china-and-russia-turn-to-bitcoin-and-other-cryptocurrencies-amid-de-dollarization-and-banking-sanctions/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">show results</a>, with the SSE Composite Index climbing by 4.15% yesterday.
