 Matrixport, an all-in-one crypto financial services platform, has <a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://blog.matrixport.com/announcements/swiss-based-crypto-asset-management/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">completed</a> the full-cash acquisition of Crypto Finance Asset Management AG (CFAM), a licensed Swiss crypto asset manager formerly owned by the Deutsche Börse Group’s Crypto Finance Group (CFG).

Following the acquisition, CFAM has been rebranded as Matrixport Asset Management (MAM). The newly named entity will focus on delivering institutional-grade crypto investment solutions, along with a range of structured crypto investment products. Meanwhile, Stefan Schwitter, who formerly headed CFAM’s asset management division, has been appointed as the CEO of the new entity.
Matrixport CEO John Ge expressed excitement over the acquisition, stating that the company is pleased to welcome the new team to the Matrixport family.

Ge said.
Matrixport also confirmed that it has secured all necessary regulatory approvals, including clearance from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), to operate the new division.
Schwitter also shared his enthusiasm about the acquisition. According to him, the merger enables Matrixport to leverage both companies’ “combined strengths” &nbsp;to provide maximum value to its clients globally.&nbsp;
This news follows Matrixport’s recent expansion efforts, as the company officially <a href="https://blog.matrixport.com/products/matrixport-launches-structured-product-seagull/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">launched</a> its new structured product, “Seagull,” to further diversify its investment offerings. Matrixport’s lineup now includes Seagull, Smart Trend, SharkFin, Snowball, and Dual Currency products.
The Seagull product offers flexible settlement options for single-sided market trends. Available in bullish and bearish versions, it supports low-threshold investments in USDT, BTC, and ETH, starting at just 100 USDT.&nbsp;
To celebrate the launch, Matrixport noted it will soon host a “Structured Product Carnival”&nbsp; and give out interest rate booster coupons to participants.
