<p style="text-align: justify">According to a blog post from the Binance exchange, this license represents a significant regulatory milestone as it is the first for a digital asset platform in the region. <p style="text-align: justify">The review assessed the platform’s compliance with AIFC Digital Asset Activities, Business Conduct Rules, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Following an evaluation of the security and reliability of Binance Kazakhstan’s trading and custody services, authorities granted the necessary permissions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The success of Binance Kazakhstan will enable it to operate more robustly without the risk of regulatory pressure in the region. With the license acquisition, the range of services offered by the platform can expand significantly.</p>
