<a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/bitfarms-set-to-boost-mining-capacity-with-quebec-expansion/">Bitfarms</a> announced it has achieved an energy efficiency of 21 w/TH, three months earlier than planned. In September, the company improved this metric by 16% through equipment upgrades and the implementation of energy-saving measures. 
CEO Ben Gagnon stated that reaching this goal will increase gross data center profitability, considering current mining economics. Bitfarms is actively modernizing its facilities to boost performance and reduce operating costs. 
The <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/terawulf-soars-to-record-revenue-with-330-btc-mined-in-july-2023/">company mined</a> 217 BTC in September and plans further expansion, aiming to reach 21 EH/s in the coming months.
