He says that the SEC is only appealing the fine and monetary aspects of the August 24 ruling and not the security status of XRP.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Another analyst explores the XRP price chart. <p>This rally would bring XRP up towards $0.75 and the top of our multi year range. He states that he can see this happening if BTC stops pulling back so hard and that XRP’s position looks different to many altcoins. Structurally it looks like it is ahead.
