<p>Leading global technology company, <a href="https://www.tecno-mobile.com/nga/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tecno</a> has unveiled its AI-powered (artificial intelligence) ecosystem in Lagos. The unveiling took place at an elaborate event held in Lagos. The event featured industry leaders, brand influencers, major dealers, customers and members of the public.</p> 
<p>The company also unveiled several devices powered by the ecosystem. These devices include the Phantom V Fold2 5G, Phantom V Flip2, the Camon 30 series, and the Spark 30 smartphones. Also unveiled during the event are several devices which include the AI-empowered MegaBook laptop, ear pods, the Pocket Go gaming system described as a gaming wonderland, and a multi-tasking robot called the Dynamic 1.</p> 
<p>Speaking at the event, Brand Manager of Tecno Nigeria, Jack Chong emphasized that the company’s mandate is to make these devices and by extension their AI-powered ecosystem available to all classes of customers.</p> 
<p>“<em>We want to bring it to different levels of our customers; for high and premium customers or to people who cannot afford high-end prices. So we want this technology to be available to different persons. So whatever the customer can afford, we want to make Tecno phones available to every person</em>,” he said.</p>

<h4 id="tecno-ai-ecosystem" class="wp-block-heading">Tecno AI ecosystem</h4> 
<p>The Tecno AI ecosystem is powered by Gemini. It is built on two core principles and designed to achieve two unique albeit essential goals; to enhance productivity and to unleash the users’ creativity.</p> 
<p><strong>Enhancing productivity:</strong></p> 
<p>Real-time call translation which is super useful as it translates calls in real-time with zero lags. Thus, users can have phone calls with people who do not speak the same language and this AI feature will translate the calls in real-time so that both parties in the call can receive the voice message in their own preferred languages. This is super useful for users who make international calls.</p> 
<p>Another important feature is the AI writing text generator which can generate text from any subject. It can be used to draft e-mails and write-ups on virtually any topic. The AI writing proofreader corrects any mistakes in a text and changes the tone of written pieces to a more professional standard.</p> 
<p>Another important smart feature is the multilingual text generator and translation. This AI feature enables users to write their text in one language and have it translated into various other languages. The report generator is a feature which enables users to generate a full report complete with charts and graphs from texts. The report generator also readies the report for presentation.</p> 
<p>Another productivity feature is the text capture and translation feature which translates text on the screen from a voice prompt. All users have to do is write out the text and ask the feature to translate the text and it will promptly execute the task.</p>

<p>There is also a Quick Online Summary Feature, a Real-Time Information Search, a Meeting Summary Assistant which records meetings, identifies the speakers and summarises everything said during a meeting and presents it in audio or text, an Intelligent Reply Assistant, Smart Ride-hailing Assistant which helps users order an Uber or Bolt tide, and the Intelligent Takeout and Delivery feature.</p> 
<h4 id="unleashing-creativity" class="wp-block-heading">Unleashing creativity</h4> 
<p>Tecno AI ecosystem also aims to help users unleash their creativity through a number of creativity features which include the AI Artboard which brings sketches to life. It does not matter if the user is great with sketches, all the feature needs is a representation and it would bring it to life.</p> 
<p>There is also the One-Click Cutout AI feature which helps users cut out an image and use the same image for other purposes. The Automatic Subtitle Creator helps generate accurate subtitles for a movie presented in a foreign language. There is also an AI Smart Eraser which erases an unwanted subject or aspect of an image.</p> 
<p>Another creativity feature is the Smart Photo Editor which enhances the faces and other features of an image, reversing flaws and perfecting imperfections. There is also the Video Script Master with which users can create scripts and create a video from the script produced.</p>

<p>The Food Calorie Check is a very important health feature which examines the image of a dish and tells users the exact ingredients used in preparing the food and the exact amount of calories it contains. Finally, there is the Video Creator with which users can capture and edit videos.</p> 
<h4 id="phantom-v-fold2-5g-flip2-and-other-tecno-ai-powered-device" class="wp-block-heading">Phantom V Fold2 5G, Flip2 and other Tecno AI-powered device</h4> 
<p>The Tecno AI ecosystem will not be complete without the devices to go with it. First to be unveiled is the Phantom V Fold2 5G, a device which comes with an intricate aerospace-grade proprietary hinge design. It has a first-in-class foldable design with a space-stacking solution and a 3.38-millimetre thickness. The devices can stand freely between 30 to 135 degrees and a guaranteed 400,000 folds in its lifetime.</p> 
<p>The device comes with a 5750 mAh Aircell battery with 70 watts ultra charge which guarantees 50 minutes to full charge. It also comes with a fast-charge feature of 15 watts. The Phantom V Fold2 5G comes with a flagship 5G chip backed by MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor.</p> 
<p>The device has five cameras which consist of 50MP main, portrait and ultra-wide cameras. It also has two 32MP front cameras and two times optical zoom portrait lenses. With these, Tecno says the device guarantees master-level portrait photography. The device weighs 249 grams and unfolds to 5 millimetres. It goes for 1,779,000 naira.</p>

<p>On its part, the Phantom V Flip2 comes with an industry-first shimmering sand etch-crafted design. It has a 3.64-inch cover screen that is as functional as it is versatile. It offers diverse wallpapers while giving users the opportunity to create their own with the AI wallpaper generator. It comes with a smart NFO tag, tap and go feature and a dynamic port.</p> 
<p>The device’s cover screen supports over 2000 apps while offering five custom mini-games. It has an all-flagship camera setup which comprises a 32MP front camera and a PDAF front built-in flash. It also has a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a front auto focus shining selfie feature. It is packed with a 4720 mAh super battery with 70 watts of ultra charge. The price is 1,041,000 naira.</p> 
<p>Speaking about the devices, Managing Director of Transsion Holdings, Chidi Okonkwo, emphasized that most of their recent products are duly empowered with their artificial intelligence offerings.</p> 
<p>“<em>You find that some of our products like the mega book and the tablet and the ear pod and some of our devices like the Phantom V Fold2 and the Phantom V Flip2 are also coming with artificial intelligence incorporated. So our consumers can actually be more productive with these new devices that we have in the Nigerian market</em>,” he said.</p>
