<a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/hut-8s-q2-2023">Hut 8</a>, one of North America's leading <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/russias-bitcoin-gold-rush-mining-machine-influx-outpaces-rest-of-the-world/">Bitcoin miners</a>, has announced a partnership with <a href="https://ultramining.com/en/manufacturers/bitmain/">BITMAIN</a> to host next-generation ASIC miners. The collaboration aims to achieve a <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/riot-battles-texas-heat-to-produce-410-btc-and-stabilize-energy-grid/">self-mining</a> capacity of 20 exahashes per second (EH/s) by 2025. 
Under the agreement, Hut 8 will install new equipment at its facilities and gain access to advanced cooling and energy efficiency technologies. This will allow the company to double its current capacity and strengthen its market position. 
Hut 8 representatives state that partnering with BITMAIN enables them to ensure steady growth and enhance competitiveness. Experts note that such moves are crucial for scaling operations and maintaining profitability amid increasing network difficulty.
