The new referral tree structure presented by SOEX moves away from the traditional method of sharing an invitation link for your referee to earn a small, one-time reward. While this approach was popular, it often failed to keep new users engaged and motivated in the long run.  
Instead, SOEX is introducing a more innovative strategy using two core assets: CVT and HVT.  
CVT, or Community Value Token, is a value-bearing asset/smart account/SNS domain/on-chain community. When a user mints CVT, it triggers the generation of $SOEX (the platform’s governance token), with 20% airdropped to the minter and the rest allocated for staking, LP, and other critical areas within the ecosystem. The CVT holder can then deploy HVT and share a referral link that others can use to mint it within the community. Additional benefits for minting CVT include a percentage of staking rewards, earning from follow/unfollow fees, and augmented rewards within the platform (like trade airdrops).  
HVT, or Holder Value Token, is the other key asset sustaining this system and helping expand the referral tree. Users can follow a community and use the referral link to mint HVT, unlocking staking rewards. They also stand to profit as the value of the HVT increases and from the additional strategies to be added soon, like borrowing against the HVT value and earning from liquidity provision on SOEX or other protocols.  
Together with $SOX points (a mechanism for tracking and rewarding platform participation) and the $SOEX token, these two assets create a balanced and efficient system that benefits both the platform and all categories of users.
