Kaspa (KAS), a layer-1 blockchain celebrated for its rapid transaction speeds and scalability, has had an eventful year. However, recent market movements have raised concerns.&nbsp; 
Over the last two months, the price of KAS has dropped significantly, plummeting by 39% from its all-time high (ATH) of $0.20 on August 1 to approximately $0.1277 today. 
While many altcoins have surged alongside Bitcoin (BTC) recently, Kaspa has faced challenges. Analysts believe this decline may be attributed to profit-taking. Many investors chose to cash in on their gains after KAS initially outperformed the broader market earlier this year.&nbsp;

During Bitcoin’s downturns, Kaspa had shown resilience and made impressive gains. However, it seems that the trend may have shifted, as we now see liquidity flowing out of KAS. 
At present, Kaspa is trading near a vital support level at $0.1277, surging 4.13% in 24 hours, which has caught the eye of several analysts. The market capitalization stands at $3.20 billion and the 24-hour trading volume surged 12%, valuing at $71.19 million. 
Notably, crypto analyst Travladd Crypto pointed out that: “The last three times $KAS touched this trendline, a new ATH followed shortly after.” 
This observation suggests that even though the current market sentiment is bearish, there remains potential for a significant rebound. If past patterns hold, KAS could bounce back from this support level and aim for a new all-time high soon. 
Despite this optimism, not all traders share the same positive outlook. Some market participants are exercising caution, noting the recent price drop and the uncertainty surrounding Kaspa’s near-term performance.&nbsp; 
With KAS at a critical point in its trading journey, everyone is eagerly watching to see if it will bounce back or continue to decline further. 
As Kaspa approaches key support levels, the big question remains: can the token regain its momentum and reach a new ATH? Traders are keeping a close eye on market movements, waiting for signs of a breakout or indications of further downward movement. With the current market dynamics at play, only time will tell if Kaspa can recover from its recent dip.
