<h4><strong>Worldcoin believes in the Superchain’s potential as a network of Layer 2 (L2) blockchains that can share security and work together smoothly.</strong></h4> 
<p>About nine months ago, the Worldcoin protocol moved to the OP Mainnet, and since then, its app, <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/cryptocurrency-news/world-app-surpasses-1m-users-with-advanced-security-measures/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">World App</a>, has boosted usage. World App has become the largest and fastest-growing application on the OP Mainnet. It has onboarded over 10 million people to the blockchain around the world.</p> 
<h5><strong>Introducing World Chain</strong></h5> 
<p>Now, as the biggest application on the OP Mainnet, <a href="https://es-es.world.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Worldcoin</a> is introducing a new blockchain called World Chain. This blockchain is built on the <a href="https://docs.optimism.io/stack/getting-started" target="_blank" rel="noopener">OP Stack</a> and is designed to help connect all humans to the blockchain. World Chain is an important step for both the Worldcoin protocol and the Optimism Collective.</p>

<p>One big issue in the crypto world today is that many transactions are done by bots. This can lead to busy networks and high fees, making it hard for people to use these systems effectively. World Chain aims to tackle this problem by focusing on transactions made by verified humans using <a href="https://es-es.world.org/world-id" target="_blank" rel="noopener">World ID</a>. By giving priority to real people over bots, World Chain will create more room for users.</p>

<p>Being part of the Superchain also means World Chain can interact with other chains like <a href="https://www.base.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Base</a>, Mode, OP Mainnet, and <a href="https://zora.co/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Zora</a>. This connection is crucial because it allows different blockchain networks to work together and share information. Developers working with Worldcoin are still contributing to the Ethereum network and collaborating with the Superchain community to build shared infrastructure.</p>
