<a href="https://pell.network/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Pell Network</a>, an Omnichain Decentralized Validation Services (DVS) network, has successfully raised $3 million in pre-seed funding, as announced on October 16, 2024.This round was co-led by Paper Ventures, Halo Capital, and Mirana Ventures.
