Doland Tremp (TREMP) has caught the attention of retail investors with a 17% jump in the past week. 
But can TREMP sustain this momentum, or will the rally fizzle out? 
Meanwhile, a new challenger called <a href="https://crypto.news/freedum-fighters-ico-could-put-the-token-as-the-next-big-polifi/" target="_blank">FreeDum Fighters (DUM)</a> has entered the PolitiFi space – and many are speculating that it could be the next to take off.

TREMP is the latest politics-themed meme coin to go viral. 
Built on Solana, this hilarious token combines the name “Donald Trump” with the infamous “covfefe” tweet – drawing investors with its irreverent humor. 
TREMP is currently hovering around $0.316 and is up 17% since last Tuesday. 
It was up even more over the weekend, spiking 33% at its peak before pulling back in the past two days.

Despite this dip, TREMP has cemented its spot as the <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/categories/politifi" target="_blank">4th largest PolitiFi coin</a> by market cap. 
The token’s popularity is also evident in its trading activity. 
Spot volumes have passed $7.5 million in the past 24 hours, which is more than many top altcoins, like Cronos (CRO). 
Interestingly, TREMP has reached these heights purely on its viral appeal as a “degen coin” with no use case.

TREMP’s price will remain closely tied to Donald Trump’s campaign. 
Like other Trump-themed tokens, positive news for the campaign could boost sentiment for TREMP, while negative headlines might weigh on its price. 
With election day just two weeks away, the excitement will likely ramp up even more. 
This could lead to increased trading activity – and bigger price swings – for TREMP. 
From a technical standpoint, TREMP’s 4-hour chart shows the price holding an upward trendline but facing resistance at $0.398.

That means the price is forming a tight wedge pattern. 
A breakout above the top of this pattern could potentially prompt a rally back to TREMP’s July highs around $0.580 – an 84% jump from here. 
However, as with any meme coin, investors should also expect volatility. 
While there’s potential for TREMP to rally, the token could just as easily fall out of the bottom of the wedge pattern, especially if Kamala Harris’ campaign gets a boost. 
The next two weeks could be a wild ride for TREMP holders.
