<p>Matthew Sigel, Head of Digital Assets Research at VanEck, posted on X about discussions at the BRICS Summit. According to Sigel, Russian lawmakers are exploring strategies to sell Bitcoin mined in Russia to international buyers. These buyers could then use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to pay for imports, potentially bypassing Western sanctions.</p>
