The director of securities from Slovenia has givenBitstamp, an European cryptocurrency exchange a Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) license.&nbsp; 
After accepting this license, the European cryptocurrency exchange will be eligible to offer more revolutionary products to institutional as well as retail customers. The crypto exchange platform can also supply crypto derivative products such as perpetual swaps.&nbsp;

The chief executive officer of Bitstamp, Jean-Baptiste Graftieaux has left comment over Bitstamp’s license and stated that, “We are extremely proud to become the first ever cryptocurrency exchange to have a MiFID MTF license.&nbsp;
