<p>With this upgrade, once a transaction is confirmed, it’s locked in just like a <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/?s=Bitcoin+transaction" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin transaction</a>. So, when you send money or make a change, it’s there to stay, safe and sound. This new level of security means users don’t have to worry about their transactions being changed or reversed.</p>

<p>This upgrade is also setting the stage for something exciting later this year: the launch of <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/?s=sbtc" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">sBTC</a>, or “Stacks Bitcoin.” This new feature will let people use Bitcoin in a more flexible way, like in apps and other cool projects built on Stacks.
