<p>Hydra is like a big “family” of layer 2 technologies that help make Cardano faster and easier to use. In simple terms, think of layer 2 as extra lanes on a highway. Adding more lanes can help with traffic, just like Hydra helps Cardano handle more transactions quickly. This means that lots of people could play games or make transactions on the Cardano network without it getting slow or expensive.</p>

<p>The idea of using Hydra to play Nintendo games is pretty exciting. Charles wants to create a way to play regular Nintendo and Super Nintendo games right on Cardano. By using an emulator, people would be able to play these games without needing the original consoles. An emulator is like a digital version of the old Nintendo system – it copies the way the games run so you can play them on different devices.</p>
