Tron (TRX), founded by Justin Sun, one of the important names in the cryptocurrency industry, has signed a new partnership.
Accordingly, Tron has partnered with the popular altcoin Chainlink. TRON founder Justin Sun announced that Tron DAO has formed a strategic partnership with the leading decentralized computing platform Chainlink and joined the Chainlink SCALE.
Justin Sun said that as part of the partnership, Chainlink Data Feeds will act as the official oracle service provider in the Tron DAO blockchain ecosystem.
In this context, Tron DAO confirmed that it will end its support for the previous oracle provider WinkLink, and stated that they will now switch to Chainlink Data Feeds for pricing data.
As part of the partnership, Tron will initially cover certain operating costs associated with Chainlink oracle networks, such as gas fees, but in the long term, these costs are planned to be shifted to decentralized application (DApp) user fees.
