According to breaking news, Coinbase's futures platform is listing NEIRO. 
NEIRO is a memecoin and is not currently traded on Coinbase’s spot market. On the other hand, the altcoin can be bought and sold on the spot market on Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. 
This is because Coinbase is being extra careful when listing memecoins, preferring to list these assets on its futures platform, which is not available to US residents and where the rules are looser. 
On the other hand, NEIRO stands out because it uses the Ethereum network, while many other recently launched memecoins use the Solana network. The altcoin, which only started trading in August, has an impressive market value of $700 million at the time of writing.
