Pan-African business payments infrastructure, Kora, has announced Kora Sundown Sessions, a series of networking events and conversations around African fintech. The event provides an opportunity for tech enthusiasts and industry executives to unwind, network and learn from top experts in the African startup ecosystem.
The maiden edition, which will take place in Lagos, will feature two expert panels covering adaptive growth strategies for African fintech companies and blitzscaling B2B fintechs in Africa. It will be followed by a networking session.&nbsp;
“African fintech is witnessing incredible growth. With Kora Sundown Sessions, we are creating a relaxed and connected experience where attendees can hear directly from the operators driving those changes and leave with ideas to enhance their work,” said Dickson Nsofor, Kora founder and CEO.
Confirmed speakers include industry leaders like Opubor Leslie Akraka of MoneyGram, Wale Hassan of BudPay, Oladipo Sadibo of Transactworld, Onyinye Olisah of Onus, Ifeanyi Duru JNR of Moniepoint, Piggyvest’s Somtochukwu Ifezue, Rufai Oseni of Arise TV, Frank Atat of FCMB&nbsp; and Obi Emetarom of Zone.&nbsp;

“Each panellist has been at the forefront of building fintech products in Africa, and come out the other side with seriously invaluable insights. They’ll share some of these lessons in the connected experience that Kora Sundown Session provides,” Dickson added.
