This includes intermediaries such as broker-dealers and custodians, ensuring that all activities involving Accepted Virtual Assets meet FSRA’s high compliance standards.</li> 
 <li><strong>Consumer Protection</strong>: The amendments extend the FSMR’s provisions on misleading statements to include Accepted Virtual Assets. This aims to uphold market transparency and protect investors by enforcing strict guidelines on advertising and communication.</li>
