<p>PEPE reached a new ATH today, following multiple important listing announcements.</p> 
<p>Earlier today, the largest crypto exchange in South Korea, Upbit, announced the launch PEPE, supporting the Korean won market. The PEPE/KRW trading pair was scheduled to open for trading at 10:30, Korean time.</p> 
<p>Upbit’s listing contributed to PEPE’s price rally which debuted yesterday and sent the memecoin to a new ATH earlier today.</p>

<p>Also, Robinhood was next to <a href="https://x.com/RobinhoodApp/status/1856702329703285115" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">announce</a> the listing of PEPE yesterday, along with Solana (SOL), XRP, and Cardano (ADA).</p> 
<p>These latest listing announcements for PEPE triggered a strong price rally that took the memecoin to new heights.</p> 
<h2 id="memecoins-sector-surges-significantly">Memecoins Sector Surges Significantly</h2> 
<p>During the past days, the entire memecoin sector recorded a significant surge. In the past 24 hours, the memecoins’ market cap is up by 9%, getting close to $126 billion, according to data from <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/categories/meme-token" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">CoinGecko</a>.</p> 
<p>Also, the 24-hour trading volume surpassed $93.4 billion, with trending coins including PEPE, PNUT, and NOT.</p>

<p>The memecoin sector’s frenzy was also fueled by the <a href="https://crypto.ro/en/news/trump-appointed-elon-musk-and-vivek-ramaswamy-to-lead-dept-of-government-efficiency/">recent preparations</a> regarding the upcoming Dept. of Government Efficiency (DOGE) set to be led by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy.
