<p>A recent study by Valhil Capital suggests XRP’s value could rise between $3,500 and $22,000, depending on its global adoption. Analysts Jimmy Vallee and Molly Elmore examine XRP’s potential as a key asset for future financial systems. Using six models, they estimate XRP’s value based on its use in transactions and as a long-term store of value.</p>

<p>The study applies six valuation models to calculate XRP’s future worth based on different financial conditions. Each model provides a unique view of how XRP’s adoption could affect its price. In one scenario, XRP reaches $22,000 if the XRP ledger becomes the main protocol for global payments. Another optimistic view even estimates XRP at $122,000 or more if adoption becomes widespread.</p>

<p>One model assumes XRP will handle 10% of worldwide transactions by 2030 and places its value at $4,813 in this situation. However, this excludes XRP held in escrow, emphasizing how supply affects its price. As a result, the rate of adoption is critical in determining XRP’s future value.</p>

<p>The study uses several models to determine XRP’s potential, considering different financial situations and global liquidity. For instance, the Athey &amp; Mitchnick models set XRP’s value at $9,000 if global liquidity hits $1 quadrillion. In contrast, the value falls to $4,800 under a $530 trillion liquidity scenario.</p>  
<p>Additionally, the Bakkes Pipeline Flow model examines <a href="https://cryptonewsland.com/xrps-symmetrical-triangle-breakout-sparks-bullish/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">XRP’s </a>role in cross-border payments, estimating a minimum value of $3,500. Collateralization models also factor into the analysis, suggesting XRP could be worth $12,200 if fully backed and $1,220 with 10% collateral.</p>  
<p>Meanwhile, Discounted Cash Flow&nbsp; models calculate XRP’s value at $21,900 using a 3% discount rate. These models highlight XRP’s diverse potential in finance, ranging from transaction utility to value storage.</p>

<p>The report indicates a median value of $12,822 across models, with an average around $61,231. Most estimates cluster between $3,500 and $22,000, hinting at XRP’s varied financial role. With these projections in mind, could XRP transform global finance?</p>  
<p>The report’s release aligns with regulatory shifts in the U.S. after Donald Trump’s election. Companies like Ripple anticipate favorable changes as Trump plans to replace SEC Chair Gary Gensler, potentially affecting Ripple’s ongoing legal challenges and XRP’s broader adoption.</p>
