Tyler Winklevoss, co-founder of Gemini, has openly criticized Gary Gensler, the current chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), calling him “evil” and accusing him of intentionally damaging the cryptocurrency industry.&nbsp;
