Recently, the Department of Government Efficiency commonly referred as D.O.G.E is the center of attraction of various investors and is also the limelight of the crypto industry. The chief legal officer of Ripple, Stuart Alderoty has posted over X and requested the department to investigate the US SEC spending.&nbsp;
This post has grabbed the attention of the industry and many discussions have so far been sparkling over it. Furthermore, this is a result of the win of Donald Trump in the recent US presidential election and the appointment of Musk as well as Vivek Ramaswamy as a lead to the department.&nbsp; Claims by Ripple’s CLO

He further went on sharing an image of the Chairman of SEC, Gary Gensler over X and captioned the image as fraud and deception in AI.&nbsp;
He has also claimed that the Commission has misused the funds of taxpayers over various enforcement actions. In the request, a direct question from D.O.G.E was asked to calculate the overall amount of money that the regulating body has spent on enforcement actions.&nbsp;
It is noteworthy that these demands have been presented at the time of increasing disbelief over the chairman and his unnecessary crypto regulations. This can be clearly seen in the other post of the CLO where he compared the crackdown of the chairman on cryptocurrencies to burning down the house and putting the blame over former officials.&nbsp;
At the same time, Gensler had argued that his crypto regulations were ongoing efforts under ex-chairman Jay Clayton and the CLO’s post was a punch to that. Moreover, it is also because the market is expecting that Gensler will leave his position soon before 2025.&nbsp; The complex tax codes of the United States&nbsp; 
The recent post of D.O.G.E over X has thrown a light over the disorganization in the tax codes of the United States and specified its increase starting from 1.5 million words in 1955 to more than 16 million in the current year. D.O.G.E&nbsp; also highlighted that the complex nature of the tax codes have burdened the citizens of the U.S. by spending days over tax preparation on an annual basis.&nbsp;&nbsp; Dogecoin (DOGE), the leading memecoin has also been benefited from this department and has saw a significant increase in the price following Musk’s comments. Musk has also recently posted that he sees a real potential in D.O.G.E, after which the enthusiasm of the market got ignited and now the industry is speculating some regulatory reforms in the favour of the sector.&nbsp;
