<p>In a latest <a href="https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/semler-scientific-announces-btc-and-atm-activity-raised-21-5-million-purchased-additional-215-btc-now-holds-1-273-btc-with-btc-yield-of-37-3-302308149.html">press release,</a> Semler Scientific has disclosed that, during the period between November 6, 2024, and November 15, 2024, it has acquired 215 bitcoins for $17.7 million in cash, at an average price of $82,502 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses.</p>   
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-semler-scientific-now-holds-1273-bitcoins">Semler Scientific Now Holds 1273 Bitcoins</h2>   
<p>As of November 15, 2024, Semler Scientific holds an aggregate of 1,273 bitcoins, which were acquired at an aggregate purchase price of $88.7 million and an average purchase price of $69,682 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses, with a BTC Yield of 37.3%. Its Bitcoin yield has jumped 18.9% from October 1 to November 15.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-microstrategy-metaplanet-s-similar-moves">Microstrategy, Metaplanet’s Similar Moves</h2>   
<p>Following the latest update, the firm’s shares on the NASDAQ bounced by 10.36% to $49.09. The company has now adopted "Bitcoin Yield" as a key performance indicator (KPI). Besides Semler Scientific, MicroStrategy and Metaplanet are also advancing their BTC acquisition strategies.</p>   
<p>MicroStrategy has recently purchased another 51,780 BTC for $4.6 billion. The purchase sets a new record for the firm’s largest single-day investment since adopting its Bitcoin strategy in 2020. This has pushed the firm’s total bag to 331,200 BTC.</p>   
<p>Metaplanet also announced plans on Nov. 18 to acquire additional Bitcoin. It stated that it issued one-year ordinary bonds worth 1.75 billion yen (about $11.3 million) to buy more BTC. The massive institutional acceptance will propel Bitcoin’s price to new heights.&nbsp;</p>
