<h3 id=""></h3><h3 id="bitcoin-cash-upgrades-locked-in-for-may-2025-implementation">BITCOIN CASH UPGRADES LOCKED IN FOR MAY 2025 IMPLEMENTATION</h3><h3 id=""></h3><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/632ebb15f9d24ee793f9c68afb05b53d.png" /><p></p><p>The 2025 Bitcoin Cash upgrades have been locked in as of November 15 and are set to go live on May 15th, after garnering significant support from BCH stakeholders. Two major proposals, authored by <a href="https://github.com/bitjson" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Jason Dreyzehner</a>, will be implemented as part of the upgrade: <a href="https://github.com/bitjson/bch-vm-limits" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">CHIP 2021–05</a>, which will increase the power of the Bitcoin Cash contract system by replacing poorly-targeted virtual machine limits, and <a href="https://bitcoincashresearch.org/t/chip-2024-07-bigint-high-precision-arithmetic-for-bitcoin-cash/1356" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">CHIP 2024–07</a>, which will introduce high-precision arithmetic capabilities by increasing the maximum length of virtual machine numbers.</p><h3 id="bch-bliss-2025-conference-in-slovenia-announced">BCH BLISS 2025 CONFERENCE IN SLOVENIA ANNOUNCED</h3><h3 id=""></h3><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/f2af647a22dd4f81a591d2d5b44aaa0b.jpg" /><p></p><p>Were you disappointed that you missed out on all the fun by not attending the BCH Bliss conference last May? A new bridging solution allows holders of Reapers to transfer their digital assets from SBCH to the Bitcoin Cash network, where they will exist as CashTokens. Please note that this bridging process is one-way only, meaning Reapers cannot be returned to SBCH once bridged.
