<p>Grayscale Investments has filed a new prospectus for its Bitcoin Covered Call ETF, which was listed after the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) approved Bitcoin ETF options. This fund’s goal is to allow investors to invest in Bitcoin directly and in Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) indirectly and earn via options trading.</p>

According to the filing, this approach aims to generate income using GBTC as the reference asset for these options contracts.</p>
