 <li>Cooperate with all financial regulators and Congress on clear rules for crypto, without assuming SEC’s primary jurisdiction.</li> 
 <li>Revoke the 2018 Hinman speech and the 2019 “Framework for Analysis of Digital Asset Investment Contracts.”</li> 
 <li>Create transparency around the FOIA process to establish a genuine and reliable access mechanism for the public.</li> 
 <li>Enhance the Office of Inspector General to address past issues within the SEC for accountability and to restore public trust.</li>
