<h4>How many different memecoins do you have? All major chains have memecoins now. They seem to be the shortest way to a 100x or better. We all dream about this $50 bet turning into a million $US. 2 $50 on this $MOAI coin on Sui would have gotten you there! I already had a video on <a href="https://youtu.be/FUa2t6PBTcA?si=NpXT3R2forE5BOT2" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">how to find</a> memecoins and another one on the <a href="https://youtu.be/LWJ-C926Lzc?si=V4RSZsQCPDn3_7XN" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Sui</a> and <a href="https://youtu.be/kmgppAU-jQ8?si=3YMHNhQv81IInVF-" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Solana</a> memecoins. Here are the links.</h4>
So, in this article, I’m going to take a closer look at the top memecoins on various chains. Get ready for a tour around the current most exciting landscape in crypto.
<h5>1. POW — $DOGE</h5>
<a href="https://dogecoin.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$DOGE</a> started out as a joke. However, it sure is no joke anymore. It ranks <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">7th measured by market cap</a>. Who would have thought that when it launched?&nbsp;
In Elon Musk, it has a strong supporter. Whenever he talks, or rather posts on X about it, the token surges. He may now even get a cabinet position. And guess the name of this newly formed position? Department of Government Efficiency or DOGE.&nbsp;You can’t make this up!&nbsp;

For a while, I thought that another memecoin could possibly overtake $DOGE. Well, that’s more and more unlikely. Musk will keep posting about $DOGE and the price will go higher and higher. The sky seems to be the limit on this one.
<h5>2. Bitcoin — RUNES — $DOG TO THE MOON</h5>
Our OG, Bitcoin, also has memecoins. You can find them as <a href="https://doggotothemoon.io/runestone/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Runes</a>. This is a new token standard on the OG chain. It allows you to easily create new fungible tokens on <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/?s=bitcoin" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a>.&nbsp;
First we saw <a href="https://phantom.app/learn/crypto-101/ordinals-bitcoin-NFTs" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Ordinals</a> on Bitcoin. This made your Satoshis into a sort of NFT. It has inscriptions in it, which make it look like an NFT.
From here we went to Runes. You can etch them. So, the leading <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/?s=rune" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Rune</a> memecoin is <a href="https://doggotothemoon.io/runestone/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$DOG</a>.&nbsp; Early Ordinals adaptors got $DOG airdropped into their wallets. It has a strong community, like most memecoins.&nbsp;

<a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/dog-go-to-the-moon-runes-2" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$DOG</a> has a max and total supply of 100 billion tokens, and they all circulate. During the last 14 days, it was up by 130%.
<h5>3. Ethereum — $SPX6900</h5>
<a href="https://www.spx6900.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$SPX6900</a> is a memecoin that has been around for over a year. However, around 26th September, it took off, and you can see a massive <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/spx6900" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">steep and green curve up</a>. During this year it’s up by no less than 6384%.&nbsp;
Murad played a big part in this. During Token2049, he delivered a speech that catapulted him into memecoin stardom. This was in September in Singapore. He predicts that memecoins will dominate this bull run.
One of the tokens he heavily promoted was $SPX6900. If you got in early, you had or probably still have a blast. That is, before or shortly after Token 2049. The team behind this coin already burned 6.9% of the token supply.&nbsp;

<h5>4. Solana — $GOAT $MOG $MICHI</h5>
&nbsp;Solana seems to have started this memecoin frenzy. Currently, this is the chain to beat for memes. $BONK is the savior of the Solana chain, when $SOL was at $8 in December 2022. It seemingly appeared out of nowhere and with its rise, $SOL also rose back to glory.&nbsp;

<a href="https://goatchan.xyz/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$GOAT</a> is the one that recently was most talked about. It started the memes AI run. In our Solana memes video, I called $MEMESAI, that shortly after the video did a 10x.&nbsp;
$PNUT is another one that recently had a crazy run of, 3315%. Based on a squirrel. $MOODENG, $MOG, and $MICHI shared the recent spotlight as well. $VIVAIFU did over 3000% since the start of this month. However, now it seems to be fading.
This shows that you always need to be careful with memes. Many are pump and dumps or straight rugs. Always DYOR and check our video on how to find good memes.

<h5>5. Base — $BRETT</h5>
The Base chain didn’t get left behind. Their leading memecoin is <a href="https://www.basedbrett.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$BRETT</a>. Its market cap of almost $1.6 billion is 5x as big as the next Base memecoin. It’s a top 100 coin measured by its market cap.
Brett is one of the legendary characters from Matt Furie’s Boys’ club comic. He’s Pepe’s best friend in the comic. It shows the entertainment factor many memes have, over utility. Like most successful memecoins, it has a strong community. It’s also available on loads of CEXes. That should come as no surprise, considering its market cap ranking.

<h5>6. Sui — $BLUB and $LIQ</h5>
<a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/?s=sui" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Sui</a> has an up-and-coming <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/categories/sui-meme" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">memecoin sector</a>. The Sui memecoins are small market caps and, hence, with lots of growth potential.&nbsp;
The leading memecoin on Sui is <a href="https://www.hippocto.meme/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Sudeng</a> or $HIPPO. However, when asked about the most popular one on X, <a href="https://www.blubsui.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$BLUB</a> always surfaces. The reason is that Hippo uses lots of bots, and they can’t vote. On the other hand, $BLUB has the community.

So, for me, $BLUB is the blue-chip meme on Sui. He’s also known as the dirty fish in the waters of the Sui ocean. Another low market cap meme on Sui is <a href="https://www.beliquoronsui.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$LIQ</a>. With only $3.2 million market cap, it has lots of growth potential. Earlier this week, our Alpha channel called $LIQ as a Sui memecoin of interest.
<h5>7. Ton — $NOT</h5>
The <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/categories/ton-meme-coins" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">leading memecoin on TON</a> is $NOT. It has twice the market cap size as #2. So, like $DOGE, it has an unlimited supply. I’m never a big fan of this kind of tokenomics. However, $TON has a burn mechanism in place.&nbsp;
<a href="https://notcoin.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$NOT</a> also has a tap-to-earn concept, it’s the OG for this sector. You can stake the $NOT token and earn rewards. Other missions include, for example, social media related tasks. $NOT managed to reach millions of users this way.&nbsp;
