Efrogs, the pioneering PFP (Profile Picture) collection and NFT community on <a href="https://yellow.com/asset/eth">Ethereum</a>'s Layer 2 solution Linea, achieved several significant milestones this week. 
Most notably, Efrogs became one of the first NFT communities across Ethereum L2s, and the first on Linea, to implement customized ENS subdomains within their collection. Each NFT is now uniquely linked to ENS subdomains under the primary domain Efrogs.eth. 
In a groundbreaking development for Linea, Efrogs has become the platform's first project to integrate CCIP Read. This new feature automatically provisions Efrogs NFT holders with personalized ENS subdomains (e.g., 1.efrogs.eth). 
The implementation <a href="https://linea.mirror.xyz/mVK4sN1EsB1FUYg94wwzPv-8t-Fj3Z5MZoUYr49crQ4">utilizes</a> a custom resolver that verifies NFT ownership directly on the Linea blockchain, creating a seamless, automated experience for holders. 
"At Efrogs, we consistently strive to pioneer innovative solutions ahead of the curve, enabling us to deliver value and incentives to our community members. We believe strongly in ENS technology's potential, as it offers functionalities that surpass traditional web2 capabilities," says Shama, Founder and Chief Frog Officer at Efrogs. 
The integration introduces two key innovations: an ENS domain tied to each NFT, and an NFT attachment system that links a holder's PFP with their onchain subname. This integration ensures that when an NFT is sold, its associated ENS subname transfers with it. 
These subdomains are being distributed to Efrogs holders at no cost. The implementation effectively provides holders with human-readable wallet names, replacing complicated hexadecimal addresses. This enhancement facilitates easier cryptocurrency payments and NFT transfers. 
Moreover, community members can now display their subdomains as profile names across social platforms, fostering a stronger sense of community identity. 
Additional developments from the Efrogs ecosystem show promising growth: 
Pond.Fun has gained significant momentum, with over 100 tokens launched this month and trading volume exceeding $1.5 million. 
The Efroglets NFT collection has reached an all-time high, with a floor price of 0.018 ETH and cumulative trading volume surpassing $250,000. 
Furthermore, the project's CROAK memecoin has achieved a significant milestone, exceeding 10,000 holders, indicating steady growth for the ecosystem.
