According to <a href="https://x.com/lookonchain/status/1861094569825443974" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Lookonchain</a>, a blockchain analytics platform, the transaction took place at 23:13 UTC+8. The move, conducted from an address associated with the foundation, has sparked discussions among the crypto community about its intent and timing.</p>  
<p>The wallet address 0xa0e23…4409, linked to the Ethereum Foundation, was found as the origin of the transfer.
