External Wallet integration is now available in the Sallar App. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a highly anticipated feature in the Sallar app: external wallet integration!With this update, you can now connect an external wallet to the app and receive rewards for contributing computing power directly to that wallet. This means you are no longer required to store your tokens on the subwallet within the app—you can now keep them in your external wallet and receive your rewards there.<h2 id="header-0">Key Points to Know:</h2><ul><li>If you prefer keeping your Sallar tokens on the secure subwallet in the app, nothing changes for you.</li><li>If you’d like to contribute computing power and receive rewards in an external wallet, here’s what to do:</li></ul><h2 id="header-1">Steps to Link Your External Wallet:</h2><ol><li>Open the Sallar app and navigate to the Manage tab.</li><li>Withdraw your Sallar tokens to your external wallet.</li><li>Connect your external wallet to the app.</li></ol>Important Conditions: To connect your external wallet, two conditions must be met:The wallet must have previously sent at least 20 Sallar tokens to the app’s subwallet.<ul><li>This security measure ensures that no unauthorized wallet is linked to your account, as blockchain networks are public and this precaution protects against potential risks.</li><li>If this is your first time setting up an external wallet, simply transfer 20 Sallar tokens to the app’s subwallet. You can then transfer them back to your external wallet without any additional costs.</li></ul>The external wallet must already contain Sallar tokens.<ul><li>An external wallet with no Sallar tokens cannot receive rewards. Ensure that your wallet has at least one Sallar token to enable proper functionality.</li><li>This feature is particularly beneficial for users holding a larger token balance, as it allows you to maximize your bonus rewards for contributing computing power.</li></ul><h2 id="header-2">Why Use External Wallets?</h2>We strongly encourage using external wallets to securely store your Sallar tokens.
