When writing, EigenLayer trading prices have surged over 42 percent in the past seven days, reaching $3.43 as of writing.&nbsp;
As per experts, the sudden bullishness in the prices has been solely backed by the recently unveiled governance system. The launched governance system aims to strengthen partnership and collaboration among ecosystems in participation, sparking a positive sentiment in investors and users.
It is worth noting that the trading price of Eigen token surged roughly 15 percent in the past 24 hours and in the same time frame its trading volume reached $387.36 million growing 40 percent. Source: CoinMarketCap 
In terms of market capitalization Eigen is the 126th most prominent crypto with $640.12 million in capitalization. On October 01, 2024, it set a new milestone recording ATH of $4.53 and on November 21, 202,4 it recorded its lowest trading price of $2.16.
Until publishing it was trading above the 20, 50, 100, and 200 days exponential moving average. Despite short-term bullishness, Eigen continues to lose in the long term as it lost 17 percent in the YTD frame and 17.72 percent in the past 52 weeks.
Market experts argue that if bullishness continues in the following session then there are expectations that its price could soon surpass the nearest resistance of $3.967 and the next visible resistance of $4.405. In case of failed bulls, the price is likely to meet the initial support of $2.500 followed by $2.112.

On November 4, 2024, it was announced that Gaia has partnered with EigenLayer to integrate its AI services with EigenLayer’s Active Validator Services (AVS) framework. This collaboration aims to enhance AI inferencing capabilities, introduce multitoken staking, and provide advanced security for decentralized AI applications.
Earlier, on October 26, 2024, the Arithmic Network revealed a strategic partnership with EigenLayer, a leading Ethereum restaking protocol. This collaboration seeks to decentralize the ecosystem while offering users high native yields across various crypto assets.

The partnership coincides with growing interest in AI-driven crypto solutions, sparked by a February 18 post from Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin. In the post, Buterin expressed enthusiasm for AI-powered smart contract auditing, which has the potential to address issues with buggy code.
In the last 24 hours, the wider crypto market has mirrored a bearishness, with market capitalization reaching $ 3.21 trillion and Bitcoin trading below the mark of $95k after losing more than 3 percent in the last 48 hours.
