<p>Switzerland’s Bern canton parliament just gave the green light to a Bitcoin mining report, but not without stirring up some drama. <p>The plan has its critics. The canton’s Government Council opposed the motion, suggesting surplus energy would be better used for data centers or other infrastructure.
