 <li>Mandatory Reporting Requirements Individuals and entities engaged in crypto-related activities must report their operations to the tax authorities. The law imposes penalties for non-compliance, ensuring that all activities are conducted transparently and within the legal framework.</li>
 <li>Exclusion from Certain Tax Benefits Crypto-related activities are excluded from simplified tax regimes and specific incentives, such as agricultural tax benefits and self-employed tax statuses.</li>
