<p>Elon Musk has sought a preliminary injunction against OpenAI, Microsoft, and several other people associated with them. The accusations were made last Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging they engaged in anticompetitive tactics to secure the AI market.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The document also raises concerns about OpenAI's shift to a for-profit model, claiming it involved transferring material assets and intellectual property to benefit the defendants. <p>The motion also revisits earlier disputes, including Musk's claim that he was misled about using his $44 million donation to OpenAI.
