<h2 id="header-0">New REBLOK NFT contract address and how to ‘activate’ REBLOK Rewards!</h2><p>Ahead of the launch of the Bloktopia MVP on 11th December 2024, here is an update to REBLOK holders, covering all the questions that we think you may have.</p><h3 id="what-is-reblok">What is REBLOK?</h3><p>REBLOK is Bloktopia’s virtual real estate offering, where users can purchase property using $BLOK tokens and become virtual landlords. It provides flexibility for short- or long-term investments, with the potential for price appreciation. REBLOK holders earn a guaranteed rental income of at least 10%, which may increase with higher rental fees over the course of time. All $BLOK tokens that have ever been used to purchase REBLOK, have been burnt.</p><h2 id="header-1">The Crypto Level — Going live!</h2><p><img src="https://miro.medium.com/v2/resize:fit:1400/1*FNw9iiGpX-DqMvKJVMguHA.png" /></p><p>The Crypto Level of Bloktopia is what was known as Level 1, it goes live as part of the MVP on 11th December 2024.</p><p>Everybody that owns a Level 1 NFT will start to generate revenue from the moment that the Crypto Level is live.</p><p>There are 17 stores on this Level. Original tenants that remain include: Bloktopia, Binance NFT, Coin Telegraph, CoinMarketCap, Enjin, MultiversX, Kucoin, Animoca Brands, Chainlink, Chiliz, Avalanche, Solana, Algorand and Polygon.</p><h3 id="artwork-refresh-change-of-ownership">Artwork refresh — Change of ownership</h3><p>Our partners have changed and rebranded during this period, and some of the original tenants, have been replaced on the ‘Crypto Level’. So we are refreshing the artwork for all REBLOK. They will be replaced with CoinBureau, 1inch and DEXTools.</p><p>All holders of REBLOK NFTs, will have a newly minted REBLOK NFT with the correct corresponding artwork of the tenant airdropped ahead of MVP launch to you. So for example, if you have a Bitboy REBLOK NFT, you will be airdropped a new CoinBureau REBLOK NFT.</p><p>The old REBLOK NFT contract will become null and void. The new contract address for REBLOK NFTs will be: 0x86f031a5e2216ed94b2df8e60c49764dc9dbfc3f</p><h3 id="activation-and-rewards">Activation and Rewards</h3><p>Everyone that owns an ‘activated’ REBLOK from the Crypto Level of Bloktopia, will become eligible for Rewards.</p><p>To activate a REBLOK. A holder must:</p><ol><li>Hold the REBLOK NFT in the Airdrop Wallet Address attached to your M3TAPASS, this is where your rental rewards will be airdropped to</li><li>Enter Bloktopia after the launch on 11th December 2024, to ‘activate’ rental rewards for your NFT</li><li>A pull of data will occur on 11th March 2025. All activated REBLOK NFTs will then be airdropped rewards.</li><li><strong>IF YOU DON’T ACTIVATE YOUR REBLOK NFT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY AIRDROP RENTAL REWARDS FOR THE QUARTER DEC 2024-MAR 2025.</strong></li></ol><p>Rewards are set at 10% of the REBLOK purchase price for year one. So for example if you paid 1.2m $BLOK for your NFT, you are eligible to 120k $BLOK annually.
