<p>The eight-page memorandum by the SEC opposes Binance's motion to dismiss the agency's amended complaint. According to the Commission, <a href="https://coincu.com/290369-binance-listing-fees-causing-fierce-controversy/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Binance</a> offered and sold unregistered securities, including BNB and ten other crypto assets, in the form of an investment contract.
