Michael Saylor, the co-founder of<a href="https://news.todayq.com/microstrategy-stock-surges-following-the-bitcoin-milestone/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> MicroStrategy </a>came up with the idea of selling the gold of the United States and has also urged the government as it accounted for more than half of the financial reserves of the country.&nbsp;
It is well known that the United States is one of the biggest countries in the world that owns gold as its reserve, which accounts for about 72% of the total. On December 9, the economic data-providing platform, TradingEconomics reported that the United States has about 8,133 tons of gold and is leading the international commodity trading.&nbsp;&nbsp; Bitcoin will continue to rise- Saylor&nbsp; 
The co-founder has urged the U.S. government to buy moreBitcoin instead of gold. As per the belief of Saylor, Bitcoin will surely rise to trillions of dollars. Saylor shared an interview with Yahoo Finance Market on his social media handle, X in which he mentioned, “Dump your gold, sell all the gold of the United States and instead this buy Bitcoin as you can buy about 5 million Bitcoin for the cost of the gold.&nbsp; 
He further went on to add that you will devalue the overall gold asset class and our rivals hold gold in their banks, and so their asset would go to zero, at the time our asset go to trillion dollars.”
On the other hand, Saylor is anticipating the market capitalization of Bitcoin can go up to $280 trillion, excelling the market capitalization of gold which stands at about $45 trillion. In the current scenario, the market cap of Bitcoin is about $2 trillion. Trump and Saylor’s vision&nbsp;&nbsp; 
As per the predictions, Saylor will continue to purchase Bitcoin every week and request more investors as well as institutions to put their money in Bitcoin. As per the recent data, MicroStrategy has held around 402,100 Bitcoins which is estimated at about $40 billion.&nbsp;
The Strategic Reserve of Bitcoin was launched by Donald Trump at the time of a speech in front of the Bitcoin community this July.&nbsp; The vision was followed by the BITCOIN Act, which was put forward by Cynthia Lummis, a Republican Senator.&nbsp;
