He articulated that the CFTC’s approach is centered on ensuring fair markets without requiring the extensive financial disclosures mandated for securities.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Furthermore, <a href="https://en.bitcoinhaber.net/xrp-faces-prolonged-legal-battle" data-wpel-link="internal">Ripple</a>‘s CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, has countered claims from former SEC official John Reed Stark that <a href="https://en.bitcoinhaber.net/whales-shift-massive-xrp-tokens-amid-price-struggles" data-wpel-link="internal">XRP</a> is a security. Garlinghouse argued that Stark’s assertions are false and that XRP does not meet the current legal criteria for securities.</p>
