If you hold too long, then this happens. Check out <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/xrp" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the run in the last bull market</a> for XRP. It went from 20c up to $1.76. That’s a sweet 8x return. Even more than the XRP Army got in ROI this time. But then look at what happened in the bear market. As the DePIN of DePINs you are making 2 separate, but related arguments in favor of Peaq. If DePIN as a sector wins, then Peaq does. And even if the whole sector doesn’t win, by selling the most valuable infrastructure to other projects, they can still win.

<h5>2 DeFi 3.0 Tokens We Like</h5> 
DeFi 3.0 represents the next generation of DeFi protocols. They have A LOT more utility and sustainability than some of the older generations. 
Real yield, liquidity mining, and even directional LPs to reduce or eliminate impermanent loss are all a part of DeFi 3.0. RWA is part of it as well. 
Here are the 2 DeFi 3.0 coins we like. 
<h6>Coin 2: Clearpool</h6> 
This is one of our favorites in RWA. <a href="https://clearpool.finance/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Clearpool</a>. Clearpool is an emerging leader in decentralized credit. In other words, undercollateralized lending. 
Almost all DeFi lending is overcollateralized. That means you put up $10,000, but you borrow less than that, like $7.500 or $8,000. That extra cushion for the lender is protection. It’s also an inefficient use of capital. 
Clearpool wants to bring bonds and larger scale corporate borrowing on-chain. And they have some HUGE ideas on how to make that happen. 
One of those ideas is their regulatory compliant L2 they are building called <a href="https://ozean.finance/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ozean</a>. If you haven’t heard about this yet, you will. We have a dedicated video just on Ozean coming out soon, too.

Its cross-chain swaps are unique too. The setup looks and acts just like a swap even though it’s a bridged cross-chain transaction. This idea of giving a simpler UX to users is another big part of DeFi 3.0 improvements. 
Thena has some great things going for it. And despite PancakeSwap’s dominance on BNB Chain, Thena is growing fast by offering things PancakeSwap doesn’t.
