<h4><strong>A <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/?s=hacker" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hacker</a> found a flaw in the system and used it to crash 69% of its nodes. </strong></h4> 
<p>Nodes are like the backbone of the network. They help verify transactions and keep everything running smoothly. Losing so many of them at once was like knocking the legs out from under a table. Let’s discover what is happening with $DOGE.</p> 
<h5><strong>Dogecoin’s Close Call: Outdated Software Exposed Network Risk</strong></h5> 
<p>This flaw could have been a much bigger disaster. If the hacker had taken things further, the entire Dogecoin network might have gone down. That would have left users unable to send or receive their Dogecoin, putting their funds at risk. Luckily, the damage stopped before it reached that point, but it was a close call.</p> 
<p>The problem came from outdated software running on many <a href="https://dogecoin.com/dogepedia/how-tos/operating-a-node/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dogecoin nodes</a>. The hacker targeted these weaker points, showing just how important it is to keep systems updated.</p>
