<p><strong>The Game Awards 2024 has arrived to celebrate the best games of 2024 and unveil the future of games for 2025. It includes a spinoff of Elden Ring and the 4th addition of The Witcher.</strong></p> 
<p>CD Projekt Red has revealed The Witcher 4 with a six-minute trailer. In the trailer, Ciri takes the spotlight as the protagonist, not the Geralt of Rivia. The Witcher 4 is also going to be a single-player game.</p>

<p>The trailer was created using a pre-rendered version of Unreal Engine 5. However, the launch date has not been revealed yet.</p> 
<h3 id="elden-ring-nightreign-will-be-released-in-2025-for-ps4-ps5-xbox-one-xbox-series-x-s-and-pc">Elden Ring Nightreign will be released in 2025 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC</h3> 
<p>A new co-op spinoff from FromSoftware, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Djtsw5k_DNc" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Elden Ring Nightreign</a>, was also announced. It is based on a world parallel to the Elden Ring.</p> 
<p>Players can join teams with up to two friends to explore the parts of Elden Ring’s Limrage area. Each game session will be random in dealing with enemies and structures.</p> 
<p>The Game Awards has <a href="https://x.com/thegameawards/status/1867392179661906131" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">confirmed</a> the return of Virtua Fighter. More details will be confirmed in a special showcase on December 13. The announcement is notable because it’s been eight years since the last game, Virtua Fighter 6.</p>

<p>The developers of It Takes Two announced a new adventure game, Split Fiction.</p>

The producer of the Tekken game, Katsuhiro Harada, is working on it.</p>

<p>Naughty Dog’s previous game The Last of Us 2, is making an entry on PC. It will be released on April 3rd, 2025.</p> 
<p>Moreover, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will also be released on PC on January 23, 2025, just a year after its PS5 release. The PC version includes many improvements and mods support.</p> 
<p>As for mobile gaming, a new game from the famous Game of Thrones franchise was also revealed. <a href="https://youtu.be/zJlEyEcdUFk?feature=shared" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Game of Thrones Kingsroad</a> is a mobile RPG set during the chaotic events of the acclaimed series’ fourth season. The launch date has not yet been revealed, but it is definitely coming next year.</p>
