Ethereum (ETH) has experienced a record-breaking comeback at the end of 2024, driven by a staggering surge in active addresses. Two other top altcoins for the week are meme coin Pepe (PEPE) and crypto casino Rollblock (RBLK). Rollblock’s price jump has seen significant growth since the start of its crypto presale. Now experts believe it could see further gains in early 2025.

Part of this stunning rebound is a significant increase in Ethereum’s active addresses. A 36% increase in active addresses last month shows the role that increased activity played in this rally.
However, Ethereum is currently in an 8% rout after a strong bout of profit-taking around $4,000.

Pepe exploded onto the meme coin scene from relative obscurity in early 2024. The Pepe price has seen remarkable growth this year, as it sets its sights on a spot in the top 10 tokens. A further rally could see Pepe clinch a top 10 spot and the number two ranking for meme coins.
