Major firms, including Bitwise and VanEck, filed applications to the SEC for a Solana ETF, a move that was previously having trouble under Gensler’s leadership.</p>
<p>Some analysts predict that Atkins' leadership will lead to a more welcoming environment for crypto firms in the U.S., possibly even reversing the legal costs and regulatory hurdles that the industry faced under Gensler’s aggressive tactics.
