<p>Whales are on the move again as positive sentiment gradually returns to the market. They have accumulated 210 million Dogecoin (DOGE) tokens as they eye a potential rally to $0.5. <p>The analyst posted a chart comparing the Dogecoin price movement this year to that of 2021. If this pattern plays out, the value of DOGE could pump to $3.5 soon and $22.5 in the long run. However, the Hull Moving Average (9) and VWMA (10) are showing sell signs which is a bearish signal.</p>
