<p>Cryptocurrencies use public and private key pairs to secure funds and transactions. A public key is visible to everyone, while the private key grants access to funds. Classical computers cannot reverse engineer private keys from public keys, but quantum computers could make this task much faster and easier, creating risks for digital assets.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

These solutions include lattice-based cryptography and Lamport signatures, which are harder for quantum computers to break.
