The humor-introducing cryptocurrency Fartcoin has finally taken the biggest leap, touching an $800 million market cap on 16th December. This milestone is remarkable for Fartcoin as it has achieved it without being listed on any top-tier crypto exchange. 
At the time writing, Fartcoin was trading at $0.8915 with its price spiked over 39.5% within 24 hours. Its current market cap sits near $876.54 million, merely $125 million away from achieving $1 billion mark.

This huge price rise has brought its trading volume to significant figures. In the last 24 hours, $95.64 million worth of Fartcoin was traded, showing an 18.49% increase. 
This uptick in activity indicates the growing interest in Fartcoin, not just for its value but for its unique “Gas Fee” system. Every transaction made on the network is paired with a digital fart sound, giving the crypto world a dash of humor. 
As of December 16, 2024, Fartcoin hit an all-time high of $0.8806, slightly above its current price. With the momentum it’s building, many ask if it could break the $1 mark soon. 
From humble beginnings, Fartcoin has come a long way. From its all-time low of just $0.02003 on October 30, 2024, it has appreciated by an astonishing 4,251.58%.
